Looking back over the year
This has been an eventful year with some highs and lows for us all. We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients for their understanding in this testing time.

What was new in 2021
We launched the new Client portal enabling you to:
Access your documents in a secure environment
Send and receive message more securely
Have your own personal data storage facility to save important documents
Update us of any changes more quickly

We have updated our website
Please feel free to look our new updated website. We have tailored it to what is important to you. There will be free information for you to download, a contact us link so you can leave feedback at the touch of a button. We value your feedback so please leave comments if there is any information you would like us to add.
We are very please to welcome Dillon Shah.
Dillon joined us in October this year as our new Technical Administrator and has instantly made an improvement to the versatility of our back-office system that was introduced in 2019. Dillon will be looking into ways of improving our service to you through the new online portal.

Seminars of success
We had a very successful seminar in 2020 but have not been able to follow up on that as planned. Hopefully in 2022 we can look forward to a bright new start and bring to life an exciting programme of events aimed to keeping you up to date with all that is relevant to you. We are optimistic for the future and will be aiming to grow closer relationships with our partner to bring diversity of information relevant to your needs.
