Kevin Slack
Managing Director & Corporate Finance
As well as our Managing Director since our launch in February 2009, Kevin is a Director of a number of private companies and Managing Partner of Mabe Allen LLP Chartered Accountants (a practice Kevin has been with for over 40 years). He advises many family businesses on a range of commercial issues including acquisitions, strategic planning, and succession planning.
A member of the Institute of Directors and a Governor of Derby College, Kevin is a member of the Audit, Corporate Finance and Tax Faculty of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Outside of work, Kevin has a keen interest in sport, theatre, music and travel. He has 2 sons.
